The easy way is to kill yourself, but that probably is too final. What is the worst that can happen? What is the best? The real answer is between the two extremes... Stop worrying it won't change the outcome one bit.

You are worrying because you always give way for the THOUGHTS which brings you the worries only.
There must be may incidents that you May feel happy to think. Do that and then you will become motivate yourself to keep on doing good things further more.
If the worry is because of some wrong doings from your end, still stop worrying and firmly resolve not to repeat such wrongs any more. KEEPING THE WORRIES IN YOUR MIND ONLY ADD UP TO YOUR WORRIES, AND WILL NEVER SOLVE THE PROBLEMS. IF IT IS A REAL PROBLEM THERE MUST BE A SOLUTION. TRY TO SEARCH. IF NO, IT IS A REALITY, YOU GOT TO LEARN TO BE WITH IT HAPPILY.

Assuming you just worry about everything, make sure that you sort out everything that needs doing so there really is nothing to worry about. If you are still worrying then get some more things to do. Take up volleyball the best game in the world and a great source of friends.

I tend to worry a lot myself and a way of getting round it is asking myself what is the worst that can happen, the answer to the question tends to make me realise that it’s not all that bad.
The truth is worrying does not change anything I bet you already know that but it does not stop you. It’s hard really but you’ve just got to try and be positive and count your blessings. Life is for the living, so enjoy it while you can.

You have to realise that if you spend more time worrying than try to solve the problem it's not going to go away. Dont put so much pressure on yourself and just relax, when I do this I find that a solurion comes much quicker.

I unederstamnd it is part of your character but having FAITH helps alot so does prayer. When i start thinking negative remember all the good things you are blessed with and think if you are worried adn you have no major problems ie you are in good helath so is your family you have a house to live in etc... what should those deprived of such blessings do ? Peiople in Iraq etc are living although death is seconds away! Remember the less fortunate and enjoy your life

I write lists if its worrying about all the stuff i've got to do. Makes it all seem doable. Or just chat with ur mates about stuff and they will either take your mind off it or reassure you that whatever it is that its gonna be ok. Hard question. What is it u are worried about?

Listen to music that you like. Realise that we are all an insignificant dot in the universe and worrying does nothing to change that. Life is very short so concentrate on enjoying things you like.
We're all just monkeys that think we're clever. Nothing we do really matters.

Don't worry about it.
Talk to other people (not in therapy or anything) and casually bring things that worry you into the conversation. I've often found that listening to others and their problems allows me to get my problems into perspective. It lets me realise that i've nothing to worry about.
