... he now needs to get divorced does he need to produce his marriage certificate and if so how do we get a copy of it ?

He should have a copy of it. If not, go back to the "chapel" he was married in, or call them, and they should have one on file. If none exists, well, I believe that the marriage is not legal. Although, this is just off the top of my head. I'm not sure.

There should be a record of the marriage in the county recorders office of the county the marriage too place in ,,,, You can obtain a copy of the marriage certificate there ,,,, As for his having to produce a marriage certificate to get a divorce I wouldn't think so ,,,, I mean it's only obvious that married people divorce but I might be wrong too ,,,,, Any way the county recorders office is where you want to go for a copy ,,,,

u can get a copy of a marriage certificate by contacting the local courthouse of where they were married to obtain one..

Maybe her should have kept a copy... Aren't there archives in Las Vegas that keeps this kind of stuff???

he should have a copy!or @ least his estranged wife should, if not try calling a law firm and ask if they offer free consultations and see what they have to say!

in las vegas at the place of births deaths and marraiges, tell him to contact the chapel where he got wed, they will tell him or his ex mrs might have it
