You need a telescope and at the moment it is just above the moon so gets washed out in all the moon light, by the end of the month it should have better views and be higher in the sky earlier so you don't have to stay up till 5am to see it, a good programme like starry night will show you where to look then all you need is a dark place to observe from a telescope and patients.

Try an observatory if there's one near you though they may charge.
