After a fall two things could happen one is breaking bone and this does not seem to be your case. The second one is twisting of bones which in turn give stress to the muscles which are connected to the joints and some amount of tearing or damaging would have occured. Hence you find all the pain and I presume there is no swelling also because you have not stated. Hence what should be done now is not to exert yourself and bring more damage to the tissues and take pain killers if the pain is more and take plenty of rest for two days. If it is not reducing even afterwards then you have to consult a doctor.

You should get it looked at by a doctor, you may have done some damage with the fall. You may have cracked a bone but not fully broken it. Internal bruising and swelling can be very painful but its a bit too long after the accident to be that. If you are not passing urine the same as usual you should get it looked at with some urgency (Problems in the pelvic area can affect the working of the kidneys and bladder);

Even after this time you could have done some damage ,so the best thing is to call in your local hospital and they will do x ray`s just to be sure you may just have badly bruised it but get it checked out

well, since its going on almost a month with little relief, you may have a small fracture in the pelvis. i see u having 2 true options: 1) deal with the pain and hope it goes away, or
B) go see a doctor, get an x-ray, etc...
hope ya feel better

ya you need to see Orthopedic Consultant or Surgeon. Same thing happen with me last year. I had a hair crack in my heel it went worst as i popped pain killers for 15 days, and that was on verge to get operated. But thank god operation got avoided.
So please don't neglect it, get expert opinion of surgeon onto that. I hope you ll get very well soon...take care...

I agree with the other answers - but, if the doctor / x rays, etc don't fix it then go and see a McTimoney Chiropracter.
