Manic depression symptoms differ from unipolar depression because manic depression symptoms involve two different cycles of symptoms. Manic depression symptoms are known also as bipolar disorder and are made up of feelings of extreme unhappiness and mania. Mania is one of the more frustrating manic depression symptoms because it is the opposite of unhappiness. Manic Depression symptoms for mania include euphoric feelings, cheerfulness and a great sense of self-esteem. Speaking rapidly and frequently and needing little sleep are other manic depression symptoms for the mania cycle.

I think it's strangely weird how people who are depressed, who wear black at the same time, are called emos. I have nothing against them [some of my friends are emo & i love them more than anything. i love them more than i love myself.]

In fact, reading the stuff from that web site makes me confused about what I am, coz I feel some of the stuff listed. And I hate the way I feel right now.

Despression is look down upon. Because society has taught us to downplay our emotions. And I know so many people will tell me I'm wrong when I say that, but it's what I believe. When we were babies we cried a lot, we laughed a lot, we smiled a lot. That was when were in our own little world, then society & expectations hadn't gotten into our heads and changed us.

So you say you think you're a manic depressive, then I imagine you want to change that. Being around people that love you, and people that you love will effect you, so spend more time with them.

Good luck for your future & sorry if you don't like what I've said, but don't take me too seriously. What would I know. I'm 15 and don't love myself or my life, but I force myself to & totally transform when I'm around the special people in my life, into an awesome mate apparently.

I really wish I could help you, even if I have no idea who you are. Email me if you want to talk, anytime.

Check and see if you're REALLY HAPPY or totally depressed.
Jot the answer down on paper with a pen.
If you wrote something other than REALLY HAPPY, then you're fine, because if you really were totally depressed, you couldn't bring yourself to engage in this pointless exercise.

If, however, you thought you'd like to answer, but the pen was too far away or too hard to find, then you're just a lazy b@$#ard.
