(a) listen to songs that you like, preferably of the fast and upbeat
kind.

(b) look at jokes online, or get a friend to tell you some, you might
just end up laughing so hard, the energy comes running back.

(c) do some exercise.

Singing along to whatever music you like that's kind of energetic. Or a nice cool shower, or a walk outside. Usually once I make the initial effort to get up and start doing something, I feel better. If you have time, start some project you've been meaning to do, like organizing your closet. You'll feel energized by the time your done and have something to be proud of.

Try yoga. The deep breathing and stretching will get more oxygen into your blood, and into your brain, which will make you feel more energized.

If that doesn't work, go for a run.
