okay maybe my question is a bit obscure:
WHAT DOES THUMBS UP IN AUSTRAILIA MEAN.?

noooo,I am oussie.thumbs up means, ok, good,great etc.
the equivalent of the bird or two fingers(rude gesture) is the middle finger upright and given a bit of a thrust upwards.when i was a kid it was two fingers opposite to the victory sign,slightly bent and again thrust upwards.
