Why does Valtrex only work for heterosexual sexual relations? I just saw the small print on the commercial say so. How would the drug know if you're having gay sex as opposed to straight? Weird.

Huh?

Probably because drug companies are only allowed to make claims backed by their clinical research, and they haven't tested it under homosexual conditions.

Still works for either sexual preference.

I think that because in the clinical trials..they only used straight couples...so for legal purposes etc..they cannot state that it works in gay situations...Stupid? yup.
