No No No No NoNO NO NO NO!
All this does is further pamper our kids. School and childhood, as well as being a fun experience, also prepares us for real life. Giving kids a certificate every time they learn to tie their laces, spell their name or come last in the sack race just so they don't feel excluded, does NOT prepare them for real life!
An important lesson in growing up is that we don't always win, some people are better at some things than others, and often we don't get praise where its due. Giving kids reward certificates for every little task they complete will just create a generation that stamps its feet when it doesn't get what it wants IMMEDIATELY! Actually, that's MY generation....bummer.

ummm... reward certificates are definitely too good for children. its an amazing way of appreciating children and motivating them towards hard work.
