Hi! It's gonna take hard work and it shows how much strength you have. Some men are weak and let their bodies take over. It's totally natural to do this. Most men are like this and learn to either control their desires or let them run rampant which ends up hurting themselves and the ladies. There is many reasons today to keep it in your pants. (STDs, AIDS----etc.) If you learn to control your loins now you will be a better lover and husband when the time comes. Men that learn self control can control their orgasm and it's a technique not enough men can do. The first thing to do is when thoughts start---nix them. Distract yourself by making yourself think of something else or imagine you parents watching you. I asked priests and seminarians that take celibacy seriously and they say it's a constant battle. Also, during marriage women come to a time where they cannot have sex for some medical reason and the man has to understand self control. The same with smoking, eating etc. Humans today, especially in the US don't learn self control. Sex gets used as a drug and families suffers. Good luck!

I agree with what everyone else has said here. You are 16, your hormones are in overdrive. Maybe take up a new sport or hobby to take your mind off it. When you realise your mind is wondering to thoughts of sex, try to think of something else.
I really dont know if this is going to help, if it becomes an obsession then maybe you should seek help or something. I think it's perfectly normal, so stop panicking!

well, first off, you're sixteen. its totally normal to think about sex all the time.
if you dont want to think about it, get a new hobby and focus on it, drill yourself to try and get your mind off sex.
for example, go get a foreign language dictionary. start learning the words. whenever you start thinking about sex, make a random list of words like "airplane, fishbowl, sky-diving, telephone" and then look them up in your dictionary.
