My cell phone recently rang a couple of weeks ago. No one has my number except my parents/children/husband. Anyway, my grandpa's number popped up. No sound. Grandpa died back in July. Phone was disconnected in August. What do you think?

i have heard of these phone calls, but they usually occur right before the person actually dies, not months later, curious

You know what I believe it can happen. Hell I have dreams that come true months later giving me a feeling of deja vu. It kind of hits me hard at the time.
The last time it hit I had this dream that I was walking in the rain and I could barely see while one of my neighborhood friends was watching me.
Last Sunday I was wearing my gortex suit heading to my car on the sidewalk because I forgot a movie with the big hood over my head while it was raining while my neghborhood friends mother just got home from somewhere. BAM it hit me.

Either the phone company was testing the line with previously called numbers, or that was one hell of a long distance call...
