I am currently 125-135, and would like to weight more, be ripped by July. I can use protein shakes/bars, but no steroids, creatine, pills, etc. I have a variety of dumbells. How do I do it?

Do lots of cardio, cut the carbs, drink lots of water, and hit the gym at least 4 times a week. Try to consume 1 gram of protein per pound of body weight a day. Work out every muscle group in your body once a week. Do abs everyday. Most important of all be patient and always stay motivated. Results won't be there overnight. Good luck.

You and me might have a different definition of "ripped" but it isn't gonna happen in six months. I guess it could if you're already kinda shredded. Just do sets that max out with 10-15 reps. Do at least an hour workout, and 20-30 minutes fast paced cardio. If you stick with it and do it frequently you'll feel and notice how much stronger you are that you will care less about how "ripped" you are. But that doesn't mean you shouldn't shoot for the moon.
