why wanted it same colour?

Buffalo is black because of melanin and also there is no relation between the body colour and milk.
The colour of milk is because there are so many fat and protein molecules in milk that enough light at all wavelengths gets scattered giving the appearance of white light.

Because there is melanin in the buffalo's skin, but no melanin in milk. They're two different substances, with completely different compositions.
