Without brackets, you are asking to solve 149 + 150 + 150 + (140 *100)/600 ... because you do multiplying/dividing before adding/subtracting (PEMDAS).. and it goes left to right, so you multiply then divide, then add that answer to the others..
Answer: 472.3333333333333333333333 ...

(149+300+140) x 100/600=58900/600
=98.16666666666666666667

Hibee is right - with no brackets virtually all computer systems would resolve the "high-order" functions first, then the next highest and so on until the algorithm is resolved.
ORDERS:
(from low to high)
addition and subtraction
multiplication and division
exponentiation.
Two orders on the same level are resolved from left to right.
So your "sum" would be interpreted as
149 + 150 + 150 + (140 X 100 / 600)
472.3333333

cancel first so it's easier... cancel 600 and 100... so you're left with 149+150+150+140/6= 98.17 ( rounded off)
