I can warmly recommend Isla Margarita, Venezuela. It will be incredibly cheap too. Just as Thailand, but don't go to Pattaya or Phuket, that's where sex tourists go. The isles are much more beautiful.
All of the above mentionned are good, except Tunisia. It's in the north of Africa. It's not warm there in november.

If distance isn't a problem I would say Miami. The weather will be lovely, hurricane season will be over & the nightlife is supposed to be great. Or if your thinking Europe, I'd suggest Tenerife or Gran Canaria.
