Don't know why she can't, but if she has fertile eggs offer to be a surrogate!

Tell her exactly how you feel, that you don't know what to say and you can't imagine how she feels. From experience, just being there to listen is the most helpful.

Suggesting adoption, making promises and giving the God talk won't help when she has just found out, those things though well meaning can be said later when her emotions are not so raw for some people that is just rubbing salt in the wound. She will be going through a grieving process same as someone does after a death, just being there to listen is the best thing you can do.

Well i can honestly say i know how she feels i had a friend who found out she couldn't have kids she went through tests and fertility drugs until she found out the problem was with her, so i gave my daughter to her, this is no lie, i felt for my friend being a woman you feel the need to nuture and care for a child as you grow older. There is nothing you really can say that will make her feel better unless you are willing to do what i did and give one of your children to her.
Tell her i said if i could have more babies i would gladly give her one however another pregnancy could cost me my life.

I can only imagine her pain and how hard it is for you to find the words to comfort her the only thing I can say is that everything happens for a reason and one day she will come to understand what the reason is tell her maybe there is a child out there in desperate need for a loving home and she can adopt she will grow to love the child like her own. Good luck and God Bless her! ;)

Be there, and help her pass that trauma. You can always tell her that she can adopt a baby, she will do a good thing, and she will make one child more happy.
