Bleach usually removes it. Leave it on for half an hour or more and go back and wipe it off. It worked in my bathroom.

Hi, just cut it out with a stanley knife, and re-seal the bath with a tube of sanitary sealant. Make sure you dry the bath really well, before applying the new sealant. Sealant will cost £3 a tube, and the job is a bit fiddley but will take an hour.
This is after you have tried bleach and stuff, which may help, as someone has said!

Hi Ali. Try using Clorox bleach first and see if that will do it. One trick that they use in the hotel business is to clean it really well and then put a very small, thin coat of fresh sealant on top of it (Just with your finger). You can buy sealant with mold and mildew killer in it, and it will look like brand new. Really!

You can try bleach though I prefer to get some biological washing powder mix with a little warm water then scrub the affected area with this solution on a toothbrush. Good luck.

Use flash bathroom cleaner with bleach and let it soak for a while then wipe off with warm water and a cloth.
