Saddam practically united the Iraqis during his term as leader of Iraq but was accussed of killing many oppositionists. Look at Iraq now, there was chaos because there was no leader being followed.

Yes sure could be, but I was not impressed by the crassness
and unprofessionalism of the whole affair ; another black eye
the polarized USA......
If we are going to depose an unjust foreign leader, then we
need to start doing it "right", i.e. a real, bonafide trial without
all the mockery and nonsense we and the entire world had to
witness......geeeez, what is going on these days???????

Saddam was the only person that could actually run IRAQ

We hung him...watch what happens now ....it is only gonna get worse.
