Pretty much everywhere you need to do a TEFL course, which will cost only a few hundred pounds. You can then teach English to foreign people. I did this to pay for my travels around the world, it meant i had a decent time and didn't have to penny pinch.

The answer is "any country." However, you can't expect to be employed as a qualified teacher unless you have qualifications. You may need qualifications in mnay areas to be employed even as a teaching assistant of some sort.

You may be able to enrol in a TEFL (Teaching English as a Foreign Language) without formal prior qualifications. However it would be very much more logical to start a university degree (possibly orientated towards teaching) and concurrrently do some work among immigrant communities or possibly work part time for a nominal sum with company with a large immigrant workforce, giving them assistance with English.
