I thought it was bitter and smelled like burnt almonds.
What are the symptoms of cyanide poisoning?
When cyanide has been eaten it may produce a bitter, pungent, burning taste in the mouth and sometimes numbness and tightness in the throat and stiffness in the lower jaw. Salivation, nausea and vomiting often follows and an odour of bitter almonds may be on the breath or vomit.

Don't expect me to actually try it... Nevertheless, people poisoned with cyanide and saved (I sometime ago knew someone in that position - don't think he was a spy, he was just working with the stuff and got accidentally poisoned, while working in galvanic coverings (like chroming or nickel plating...). So, the guy told me it was bitter-sweet with a strong almond flavor.
As a matte of fact this is the "signature" of cyanide poisoning - almond flavor.

i have never test it, but i m sure that its taste is not bitter than breaking heart by someone special, cheating by someone close, cheating of dearest friend, neglecting of own girl friend, and lost of love forever because these dreadful ache always pressure a person to die every moment of life, if you tast cyanide you will die only one time and your pain will remain for a few seconds but when you will taste these you will die every moment and your pain will remain untill you die i accepts that it be too less when you die,but it is sure that it will be.

No one can answer this. Because he/she will instantly die as soon as cyanide touches the tongue. No report is also available so far.
