There are many websites out there. Be very careful that some of the websites are not legit and charge you a lot of money for their services. Contact your local consulate, embassy or the wedding coordinator at the Hotel where you will celebrate your ceremony. I have a link with various Embassy links.

Sweetie, getting married here is very easy. If you need help while in the Dominican Republic, contact the International Family Aid & Support Center HQ at 809-334-1329. For English speakers dial 1-809-304-5891, 1-829-393-3922 and 1-829-334-9007.
The website is below, but it doesn't list all the things IFASC can do for people. But believe me, they can help you in things that not even the US Embassy can help with. I know, I am the founder of IFASC.
