one week ago, when i was at the office, i wanted to print an excel document... and it didnt work saying something about printer setup. and it used to work fine one month ago...
but, on the other hand when i wanted to print a word document it worked without any problems
HOW CAN IT BE POSSIBLE, FOR A LAPTOP TO PRINT IN WORD BUT NOT IN EXCEL? it is illogical... pls answer good

its not illogical. in excel, you should check on your page setup and make sure that the page size and margins are in printable range. for example, in word for some random document it could be set up to print a document on letter size paper which is fine an any printer, but accidentally have excel set up on quarter inch margins or even on plotter paper which wont printer on any printer but a plotter. check the page settings, that's your best bet.

It is not illogical...
Word's printer default to the printer you want. Excel's printer default must be pointing to a different printer.
When you want to print in Excel, make certain that it is pointing to the printer you're expecting it to go to.

It's entirely possible - you haven't listed every single thing that you have done with it in the past month since it last worked, so any number of things could have happened in that time frame. It is not illogical - it is entirely plausible.
