my first thought was, "advice" doesn't have an "s" behind it, so shouldn't it be "so much advice"?

but a check at dictionary.com shows the following definition:

ad·vice (ād-vīs')
n.
1. Opinion about what could or should be done about a
situation or problem; counsel.
2. Information communicated; news. Often used in the plural:
advices from an ambassador.

so it should be correct using definition 2, i guess?

"So many different suggestions" = many things ('advices', which is a plural, but not a real word).

or

"So much different/differing advice" = one thing, "many people giving a suggestion for help" (each offering one solution).

'advice' is not written in the plural.
Say "So much different advice"
