The press only rarely covers the EU, mostly when an enlargement or some other major decision is concerned. Should however the press also pay attention to the less known aspects such as daily EU policy, so that European citizens know more about the institution that has such a huge impact on their lives?

The press should make public the EU so that it will have a positive image and citizens of member countries will know its benefits and effect on their activities particularly on travel and economy.
