(1) Pure cultures of bacteria have been challenged with different
concentrations of alcohol [in water] and it has been found that 70% works better than 95%.

(2) Lipids are more soluble in 70% than 95% so that the oily base
that the bacteria stick to is more easily penetrated and the bacteria more easily removed by using 70% alcohol rather than 95%.

70% ALCOHOL IS MORE EFFECTIVE AS A DISINFECTANT.

I think it's the 70% stuff since the 95% would be to strong to use I guess for cleaning. Also I never seen alcohol sold higher then 80%, But I think the 70% would be the best.

I would say 95% not sure why just because it is stronger probably, stick to domestos its already made up for you xx

The stronger the alcohol, the more bacteria it can kill and quicker as far as I remember.
