Ya exactly!
It has the same symp for both.
->breast soreness
->tiredness
->back aches
->abd pain or cramping etc

yes but without the morning sickness.to be sure get a pregnancy test kit so will know what to do next or go ahead with your activities/plans if you are not preggy but if it's positive and you welcome the baby go your ob for prenatal right away.

it can.many years ago when i was trying to fall, i was sure every month "this is it" but when i really was pregnant, the clincher was the tiredness.I literally could not stay away past 8pm.I also found that my breasts would stay painful,where if it was just a late period, it would subside before the flow started.

Yes, it can, but you should check to be sure it's not pregnancy before you do anything else. Or see your doctor.
