Ice first and then Arnika Gel will speed up the process of healing your bruises. Make sure that you eat properly and get you daily needed intake of vitamins since they speed up the healing process.

Sorry! Cant speed the process, you can minimize the bruise at first with ice. But a bruise is bleeding under the skin, and takes a while to reabsorb. My wife knows some makeup tips that hide hickeys lol, consult a cosmetologist, or similar make-up expert, if that's applicable

The body takes awhile to get rid of a bruise up to 7 days

Try wearing some light makeup around the area so it is less noticable

Sorry, but your just gonna have to wait it out. A bruise is the result of bleeding under the skin. As your body disposes of the excess blood the color changes through the yellow tones and eventually goes away. You cant speed up this process

no way to make the bruise go away faster-it has to heal on it's own.

bruises usually take 10-14 days to completely heal.

you can try applying ice to it for 10-15mins at a time as needed but make sure to not place the ice directly against your skin-this can cause burning. place in a plastic bag first (ziplock type)

you can also take ibuprofen for pain and to help reduce the swelling. take 200-400mg every 6 hours but no more than 1200mg in 24 hours
