How long in a session... I can't say for sure, but whenever I wake up in the middle of night for a need to use the toilet, I check it before going back to sleep.

Well put it this way, was on here the other night for sooo long the muscles in my shoulders started to seize, left the room walking round like I had one of those things on they give you when you break both your arms.
