You need to A) Be really good at football.
B) Find an Agent.
hopefully the applicant plays college ball, otherwise it may be hard to get drafted.

listen...if you have to ask how to apply, chances are you're not going to get drafted because either A. no one knows who you are or B. you're not good at football
