Yes, you're right.
If you have sex without being bonded mentally with your partner, then it actually could be categorized as selfishness, or using the other person to release your sexual energy.
If, however, you are mentally bonded with the other person, then having sex is not just an exercise, it's a way to help the other person release their sexual energy without the feelings of using them for "exercise".

If men and women exercise "together" that sexercise. The meaning of sex is defined as sexual behavior or activity such intercourse. However with todays technology it is no longer just between men and women. Other options include but not limited to male male, male female, female female, TS male, TS female, TS TS, FFM, MMF, and so on and so on.

just how stupid are you? its for the purpose of getting babies, thats it, most people get exercise from it and most people enjoy it but the purpose is strictly to have kids.
