Pretty bad here in north Gloucestershire. Trees down, wheelly bins flying around and every where in the fields is boggy and waterlogged. The wind noise as it passes through wires and TV aerials and round corners is particularly annoying as it make the whole thing seem even worse. The weather is often like this in early January as my records show but it does seem to ave been going on for a while now. Cheer up it will soon be spring and summer and all this will be forgotten..

Yeah it is very windy down here on the south coast but I have just been reminded that twenty years ago to the day we had massive snow drifts and the temp did not go above 1 for two weeks, so in another way the weather is better, then october after that we had the hurricane, so this is just a little bit windy.

you know when i read you post i feel very connected to you all for the strong wind, rain is not only in USA, but also like this in europe !!
it is strange, it has lasted now for months, and so warm !
4 to 5 degree over normal ! (yes, variations can happen but not so much, sorry to annoy badly statistician ...)
something is happening, you can be very sure !!

Don't know where you are. Winter has pretty much been a no show in large parts of the United States so far.
