My yz 250 keeps grindind out my shift fork and my bike wont go in first. My shift rod is not bent and my clutch is fine..... what else?

Sounds like your clutch springs are not allowing the clutch to fully disengage.Put stock springs back in and see the difference.The clutch basket could have groves worn in the fingers slowing disengagement.Check clutch shims for proper spacing.

Lets look at this with some logic. If it is grinding when you try to put it in gear,that would mean that the shaft is spinning,therefore making the gear spin.That would indicate that there is either A:a problem with your clutch,or B: a problem with the shaft itself.For get the shift fork,all it does is move the gear into position.

Did you check the shift drum like I said in a previous answer?
The detent mechanism at the end of the shift drum could be loose or have worn parts
