I havn't seen my 3 children in 4 years. I have attempted on numerous occasions to find my kids. Their mother moves around WA every 6 months. She denied me access visits. I have a court order saying i can see the kids each f/n and school holidays. so i guess she know if i catch up with her shes in trouble with the courts. I believe my children are in a violent situation. My ex and her girlfriend/partner are very mouthy & drug orientated. I would like to give my kids the option to live with me. I feel theyre getting abused but hav'nt got proof. My eldest son needs glasses has needed them since she left me. But his mum wont get them says there too expensive and he'd only break them. He gets teased at school but i think it's a learning problem cos he can't see. He also has a major overbite that i would fix. They would have a better life with me and my new wife of 3 years. I had a baby g 3 months ago and it made me sad thinking how my kids go without. I just wish i could find them.

Well the first thing for you to do is knock on the doors of the authorities. Don't do anything desperate or foolish. Document your fears and what you know of your ex (and her partner) and see if a social worker can help you. If you do find them on your own, let the authorities know of their whereabouts and see if you can express the urgency of your kids being with you. You might also want to hire a private investigator. That can be very effective in obtaining evidence, but it can also be costly. Check out your options and see what fits in your budget. Success.

Speak to a solicitor or if possible hire a private investigator. Could you persuade any of her friends or family for information. I don't know if you can get children's services involved.
Good luck. Hope you find them soon. I am a mum and I know that there are a lot of mothers out there who abuse the system and do not make the better parent always.

First, check the authorities. Perhaps they can find them and help you but bureucracy (sorry if misspelled) is long so you should search via directories such as phone books and even school records (in WA, right). If you want to really want to widen your search (and expenses too), post on newspapers and tv hoping someone could tell you something. A whole state is pretty large so the gov. will be most efficient. Good luck!

Report her. She is breaking the law by not letting you see them if it was court ordered. They will find her for you. If she applies for any support or food stamps they know where she is. Tell then you believe your kids are in harm. You really sound like you don't want to see them that much even thought you say you do. If you were that worried they were in harm instead of posting messages her you would find a lawyer or a private investigator

speak to your solicitor and see what your options are. She is in contravention with the Court orders, she has broken the law, there has to be a legal option there surely.
