I mean, last summer we drove up to a slope of a hill and tried to roll down a bottle. And instead of rolling down, it rolled up!?? We tried to park the car and put it on neutral, & it goes up also like crazeee!.. What on earth is happening?!

It is likely an optical illusion. What appears to be downhill from your perspective is in fact uphill (increasing elevation). I have seen a number of places like this. One is when you drive into the Wind River Canyon in Wyoming from the north going from the town of Worland to Riverton. You would swear that you are going downhill as you go through the canyon and the river is flowing uphill. However, if you stop and take a look from both directions, you see that this is nothing more than an optical illusion as you have no reference for what is level.
