what ever changes have hap pend they are only superficial. nothing significant has occur ed. as long as people are not seen merely as employ yes and differentiated on the basis of gender there is no hope that discrimination will end be it work place or any other social setting.

yes, now women have plenty of opportunities to prove themselves.
people, govt. and other organisations are encouraged them to come forward and they are in a front row now. within a few years again female dominated society will come in our country. now all educational institutions are asking mother's sir name also
