my computer lost folder option , how can i get that again?

it maybe because virus, but you can try this procedure,in run menu type "gpedit.msc" and then look for following path : user configuration/admisinstrative templ/windws companent/windows explorer .in final folder you can find folder option icon, by clicking on it you must enable folder option in related check box

go to control panel. if not call the customer hotline for your OS (operating system).
