Im an Aquarius female and my best friend(guy) is a libra?

Are we compatable? and im so much in love w/ him but he only see's me as a friend. I have been in love w/ him for 2 years. And i have told him i love him 3 times. And one night i was putting myself down. and he puts his arm around me to comfort me and then leans over and kisses me and this lasted bout an hour of fooling around. and then he says im sorry i wasnt myself that shouldnt of happened. and then he said he regretted it the other day. do libras tend to do that. Is he in love w/ me but doenst want it to ruin our friendship. please tell me...

Librans & aquarians are the perfect partners, they get on so well because they are both air signs.
Librans are also supposted to be well balanced, but most of my friends are librans (i'm an aquarius too) and from personal experience they seem to be able to tip the scales far too often, it's like they've got split personalities so yes, i think this is typical behaviour & not to take it personally.
We're all 'air heads' & can be a bit scatty at times

Of course your not compatible.. For one, if this guy is a Libra then more than likely he is more interested in your brother (assuming you have one). Those who fall under Aquarius are destined to be attracted by those weaker than themselves. Its in your nature to be affectionate. Libra's are very second guessing in nature and tend to be some of the most oddly behaving people of all the signs.
