Personally I know several familes well in both races and I would have to say they are equally raising their children well. I do know several white families that have the most spoiled, selfish and self-centered children. I only know of one black family that way. I guess I'll change my mind and say for the most part, the black children have more respect for their parents and for others than do the white children.

Where I live (in the south, and I am caucasian, btw) the black people raise their children better. In general, I am MUCH more impressed with the respect I am given by the average black child than a white child. I think white people these days spoil their children rotten and do not teach their children to respect their elders, are allowed to run wild and scream at the top of their lungs INDOORS in PUBLIC PLACES, taught that if they throw a tantrum that they will get whatever they want, and that everybody in the world is here to serve them.
My cousin's wife is this way. When I was a kid, we sat on the floor and didn't even THINK of sitting in a seat that an adult could use. My cousin's kid just plops her butt down where she feels like it, won't get up when an adult wants to sit down and her mother doesn't say anything to her!
The only ill-behaved black child I know is my other cousin's son, and she is white and wouldn't know how to raise a child decently if Dr. Spock came down and beat her over the head with his books.

Depends on where they were raised, what the parents views are.
Lots of different factors play into it, or just simply, no.
