there is no justice for the poor as most of them are illiterate, they do not know about the laws enacted by parliament and about Indian penal code and the constitution. even if they know , they can not have lawyer of their choice as the leading lawyers demand hectic sums.the law and the courts are only for the haves.for example, till date no punishment was given to upper caste Hindus for their role in the massacre of daliths(UN touchable in India) in psundur and THE MAHARASHTRA GOVERNMENT DID NOT PUNISH THE PERPETRATORS OF VIOLENCE , THOUGH SRI KRISHNA COMMISSION CLEARLY MENTIONED THE NAMES WHO KILLED INNOCENT PEOPLE IN MUMBAI. THE COMMISSION ENQUIRING ABOUT THE DEMOLISH ION OF BAB RI MASZID, IS YET TO COMPLETE ITS ENQUIRY EVEN AFTER 14 YEARS. PAKISTAN IS SELLING THEIR CITIZENS TO THE US, WHO KEEP THEM GUANTANAMO IN A SECRET JAIL AND SUBJECTING THEM TO TORTURE. THOSE PEOPLE WERE BRANDED AS TERRORISTS AND WERE LANGUISHING IN THAT SECRET PRIS ION WITHOUT ANY CIVIL RIGHTS.

Ideally justice should be blind in the matter of race, social standing, or financial capacity.

However our society is driven by money and lawyers are not free or at least most of them. Having financial means does give you a lot of benefits in society.

Does it mean the poor have no where to turn to seek justice? Actually the govt should be the ones fighting for their cause, unless the poor's case is against the govt, then the govt will protect itself.

History will show us that minorities or the oppressed should group themselves together and rally for the cause of its members. Zebras can stop the attack of a lion if only they would use their great numbers and unite to confront the predator.

I'm not advocating mob rule, but only encouraging a unified stand for the sake of others.

There is justice for the poor. I watched a fellow shooting at his lawyer around a tree in Denver last night. It was a moment for justice in this nation to bad he guy with the gun was not a better shoot.
No really the American Courts System can't provide you any justice period. Justice is based on truth and American courts are not. As a matter of fact our courts are based on the lies of the people and the lack of morals of our lawyers and Judges. It has been and is a blight on the American landscape. I for one would never confict a person for shooting a judge or lawyer period. Because it is the only form of Justice in this nation in these times.

Justice for the poor does exist, but it is very difficult to find.

Whereas the rich can always procure whatever it takes to arrive at their justice, i.e very good lawyers, a fabulous research team etc... the poor can only hope a miracle happens, which never comes everyday.

Not in the United States of America, NO !! In what terms of Justice do you mean ? The landlords hike rent up far more than what it should be, for dumps mind you, and the houses sell for to much, and wages are to low, and our poor go to the military for education because that is to high. They also cant afford car insurance, fines, costs, etc........... USA makes LAWS the poor cant afford, so absolutely not, NO JUSTICE FOR THE POOR IN AMERICA>>> states make laws that they cannot abide by, and the government makes laws that the poor cannot abide by,,,but they arent willing to do sliding fee scales, nor pick up the tabs themselves for the poor...and court appointed attorneys generally do NOT do their best.........does that answer your question ?

There is justice for everyone, but depends which country you are talking about.

Some contries have such things as justice for poor, justice is bought with money.

Even the Countries that boast of justice, have their judges selling favours or give as friends.

the poor people should realise that its their right to fight for justice disregarding the fact that they dont stand in par with the wealthy citizens of the country.
