Of all time? Well, the Munsters theme was good, much better than the show. Also the theme from Dallas was pretty good. But strangely enough, the theme which keeps running through my head is the one for Valerie, sung by Roberta Flack. The show sucked. I also quite like the one for Passions.
Worst themes would have to include Alf, the one for that show with Bette Midler in it, (It was so damn long), and Mork and Mindy.

There are so many good ones,it's hard to pick one as the best. However,if I had to list the best ones,in my opinion, they would be(in no particular order):
Great American Hero
Dukes of Hazzard
Laverne & Shirley
Miami Vice
Happy Days
Welcome Back,Kotter
Batman
Lassie-that theme was hauntingly beautiful
MASH

"Here's the story of a lovely lady..." How could you not pick the Brady Bunch? It gives the whole synopsis of the show all in one short song, and it's instantly recognizeable around the world.
