Actually, if there is any effect at all, it would be the opposite. Kissing, especially making out, brings blood to the lips and keeps them nice, plump, and healthy!

No, not if you don't go out in the cold with wet lips. Also that is what chapstick is for. Your friend might be jealous that you are getting the opportunity to make out a lot. Live and enjoy.

If you constantly lick your lips they will chap, so it seems feasable that making out would do the same thing. Try not to slobber so much and wear a 'little chapstick' before you indulge.

dehydration, dry skin, or 'the elements' eg. cold weather or sun burn, make your lips chapped. if you want to make out a lot, i'd say go for it before the opportunity passes.

Yeah...in my experience, making out has made my lips chapped. But it's nothing a little chap stick can't fix!
