I afraid if the new hard disk will encounter some uncompatibility issues with the old version of SD RAM instead of DD RAM. What do you think?

yes.

when making an upgrade of that type. the only limitations that would have been would be if the hard drive was 200+ gb. some older motherboards wouldn't have been able to handle the firmware on the drive itself. but since that's not the case, you don't have to worry about it.

As long as you have the correct driver, I think the answer is yes.
