Help! I took my nose screw out but i need to get it back in!?

I have read instructions over and over but i am pretty dumb so i need really step by step instructions. i dont care about your opinion about nose rings, i just need to get it in. thanks

im not that stupid that i cant put a ring or a bone in...believe me, if i had one, it would have been in hours ago. i just need to get a SCREW in because thats all i have right now. please dont say "go shopping" because thats not an option for me right now
