The cave of Orgin, that's where you'll find Kyroge/Groudon. You'll need to go through it in order to be able to enter the gym in sootpolis.

oh i think you mean the cave of orgin.yeah you get to go in there once in the game.you meet Wallace there he will take you to sky pillar.
