should i wear stockings with these? will they hurt my feet within 10 minutes? i never owned boots before.

Definately wear stockings or socks with these. You will have a lot easier time removing the boots and you will be a lot more comfortable.

Hurting doesn't depend on if you have worn boots before, but on if you have worn that high stiletos before. I had to learn it the hard way. Advice: Make sure you don't have to stand long while wearing them. I once tried a walk in high stiletos, three days later my feet still hurt. The socks are a good advise, what you can take in addition or as a replacement are silicon pads for sandals, you can put them in any kind of shoes on the most troublesome places, here they sell them in the drugstore under the name "party feet".
Stockings: yes, you'll need them. The boots are very high and look like leather imitate to me. But even if they're real leather, your legs will get sweaty underneath, and leather clinging to sweaty legs is unpleasant. The stockings will prevent this (not the sweat, but the clinging to the skin).
Go on and get them, they look great. Even if you have sore feet for a day, your look will be worth it. Just get the right size, or the bigger one if you are between two sizes; if such high-heeled boots are also too tight, your feet will hurt like hell.

Wear socks. I wear sweat socks with my boots and my feet never hurt. Make sure they are very cushy socks. I wear my husbands because they are a little thicker. Just make sure you are not going to have to take the boots off in front of anyone. You would look silly standing there in mens socks!

well to tell you the truth, yer they will hurt your feet with in 10 mins but its only coz its the first time youve worn boots and dependind on what colour the boots are wether or not to wear stockings with them. if they are black boots then yer wear black stockings with them but any other colour you would have to try them on to see what they look like.

those boots look like cheap plastic so i would recomend wearing hosiery of some discription to stop them sticking to your legs.
if you have never owned boots before that is quite a daring pair.

I don't think they would hurt if you wore nice, thick socks.
