After typing in MsExcel, during print preview or print, only a part of text in a cell is showing and not all the text in the cell is displayed. I went to format cells, clicked wrap text but no use. kindly help me

Oh, that's easy. All you have to do is click on one of the letters (ie, A, B, C, etc.) that go right to left across the top. This should highlight a column. Then click Format, go down to Column, then a small window should bubble out of that and offer column width. Select a width you know will be greater than the text you intend to type (experiment). If it isn't printing right, set the printer to go landscape (longways) instead of portrait (the default).

Have you tried expanding the cell width?
