Nebraska, You'll have a lot of fun, Arizona is very very hot but its close to California, But California isn't all that great really, to many people and the Air is really bad...Sorry California's just my opinion, Been there done that, also I lived there for 10 years.

Arizona, by far. I live in Iowa, normally, and I can say that Arizona is far more interesting than Nebraska.

In Arizona you can experience snow in the mountains. You could even learn to ski there, which you can't do in Nebraska (which is flat).

Arizona also has two large cities: Phoenix and Tucson. It has the Grand Canyon, and plenty of culture, professional sports teams, shopping, and more.

Arizona is also very diverse. It has a large population of hispanics, it has a sizeable retirement community, and a number of Indian reservations.

I would recommend you go to Arizona. If you were going to the Midwest, I would not recommend Nebraska. Check out Minneapolis, Minnesota, Madison, Wisconsin, or Chicago, Illinois.

There is much to be said for both states. With 114,006 square miles in Arizona & 77,358 square miles in Nebraska (compared to 50,085 square miles in all of England) there is a lot of diversity in both states. Arizona is not all hot desert; Nebraska is not all flat cropland. You probably should spend some time looking at Arizona & Nebraska websites to get a better idea of what the states are like.

It probably makes more difference where you are in a state than it does which state you choose.

arizona is far better, arizona is mostly desert and nebraska is fields and farms although you may be in a city either way. You can see snow in arizona but only in the mountains. I think nebraska gets snow but i'm not sure.

If you want snow, then go to Nebraska. If you want a more interesting and more educational trip.. Arizona.

I would go to Arizona! If your in Nebraska, you will have to travel far and away to visit the majority of the US..

Arizona, it is close to texas, california, and mexico. there are many more sites to see. Nicer whether, warmer weather. Nebraska is very flat and boring, mostly farm land. Trust me, you want to go to Arizona

Arizona, by far.

You are closer to California, the best state in the nation (Hollywood, San Francisco)

You are closer to Las Vegas

You are closer to the Grand Canyon, Mexico, the best skiing (Taos, New Mexico), the best rodeos (Texas) and so on.

Nebraska is flat, ultra conservative, can be very racist, and isn't near anything cool.

Good luck, and welcome to the United States!
