There is a large Chinese population in Melbourne, many of whom reside in the same general area. This is your target market. To begin with, put up advertisements in the local shops in this area (in Chinese), specifying your qualifications and offering your services. Work should soon come rolling in. Good luck.

You can always advertise for private tutoring.
