What next, random searches in our homes? First eaves dropping on our phone calls,now they can radomly just go through peoples mail. I didn't know our government was slowly going toward communism. What do you think about this?

I take it you did not bother to find out the facts? They can open the mail if it is necessary for the protection of human life or for an already legally-approved foreign intelligence gathering operation.

Read this and then tell us why you have a problem with it:

" . . . in a manner consistent, to the maximum extent permissible, with the need to conduct searches in exigent circumstances, such as to protect human life and safety against hazardous materials, and the need for physical searches specifically authorized by law for foreign intelligence collection."

Next time get the full story before you jump to conclusions.

Even if they did, why do you worry so much? The government doesn't care about that double-headed dildo I bought, or if I have phone sex with a lesbian friend. What the government is concerned about are; those terrorists planning to harm innocent civilians, perverted child molesters/predators, corrupt business executives, those that commit treason/espionage, etc... Oh boy, I am fine with that... I have nothing to worry about.

YES!!! And i believe the executive branch (currently Bush administration) can do it with out a warrant because of a presidential signing statement
