a few weeks after her birth.
Do you think this is her natural skin colour now? Will she change colour again? Is this normal?

Depending on the ethnic background most babies of color will be born light and start to darken up. I am bi-racial black and white and I was very light when I was born and didn't change much unless I was in the sun alot. My sister is the same way. Just depends on the genes. Also two of my girls were light when they were born the other two darker and their skin tone stayed the same.

Yes, it's normal. Sometimes even black or half-black/half-white children are born pale, then develop a tan color later.

Take the baby to a Pediatrician.
